We Remain Open

****** ATTENTION PARENTS ******

Because we are considered an essential business, our doors will continue to remain open. During this “Shelter-In-Place” status the ONLY ITEMS ALLOWED with your children are blankets and a set of extra clothes. No other items are allowed at this time — items like toys, outside food, etc.

To ensure our the health of all teachers and kiddos, we also will be implementing new pick-up/drop-off procedures. These new procedures are state mandated and need to be enforced in order to keep our doors open:

*** New Drop-Off Procedure: ***
1. Ring doorbell so a teacher can let you in the building
2. Sign your child in on our Sign-In Table
3. Please DO NOT go past the Sign-In Table. Any items for your child should be handed to teacher

*** New Pick-Up Procedure: ***
1. Ring doorbell so a teacher can let you in the building
2. Sign your child out
3. Please DO NOT go past the Sign-Out Table
4. Pick up child and immediately vacate the building

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to keep a safe, clean, and healthy environment for our kiddos.

We will continue to follow the guidance recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the health and safety of our staff, parents and especially our kiddos and members. For up-to-date information about coronavirus, we recommend visiting trusted sources, such as the CDC and the World Health Organization.

If you have any questions please feel free to call me or my staff at (559) 492-2907

Important Announcement

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I want you to rest assured that here at KidzCan2 we are taking all precautions to ensure the safety and good health of all of our kiddos. Since the day we opened our doors, we have had very good procedures to ensure the health of all our kids and staff. Such procedures include:

• Disinfecting all play areas
• Have available antibacterial soap and sanitizers for staff, parents and kids
• Washing all toys and hard surfaces
• Keeping a close eye on each child to ensure they show no symptoms of illness

In addition, we separate kids based on age group to reduce the number of interactions.

As a licensed Child Learning Center, we are in continues contact with Community Care Licensing, following all instructions and awaiting any notices.

For the time being, we have not been instructed to close our doors; We will remain open to support you parents and kids in this time of concern and instability.

We ask for your support by monitoring the health of your child on a daily basis. If your child is showing any flu symptoms or has visited highly affected areas, please maintain him or her in isolation at home for at least 14 days before returning to KidzCan2. All kids returning after two weeks will need a doctor’s note to clear him or her from any illness — this is a state mandated rule.

Sincerely,

Nancy Alejandrez
